This Refund Policy outlines Sun Sky Technology LLC's ("we," "us," or "Sun Sky") refund policy for subscriptions to the Claw Farm SaaS application ("Claw Farm"), available at https://clawfarm.org. We aim to provide a fair and transparent policy for all users, regardless of location.
No Refund Policy
Claw Farm operates on a subscription-based model, with payments processed securely through Stripe or Creem. All sales are final and we do not offer refunds on subscriptions or purchases. This policy applies to all subscription plans (e.g., monthly or annual) and all users globally.
What Happens When You Cancel
While we do not offer refunds, we believe in fair treatment of our users:
- Permanent Credit Retention: Upon cancellation, your account will remain active and any unused credits will be permanently retained in your account. You can return to Claw Farm at any time and continue using your remaining credits—they never expire.
- Access Until Period End: If you cancel an active subscription, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. During this time, you can continue to use Claw Farm and your credits as normal.
- No Immediate Loss: Canceling does not result in the immediate loss of your account, credits, or any data associated with your account.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
To cancel your subscription at any time:
- Log in to your Claw Farm account and navigate to your account settings.
- Select "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts.
- Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and your unused credits will be permanently retained in your account.

Subscription Cancellation vs. Refunds
Important Note: Canceling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund for any payments already made. When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period.
- Your unused credits are permanently retained and will never expire.
- You can return to Claw Farm at any time to use your remaining credits.
Exceptions for Legal Requirements
